Join Us for A Free Three-Part Workshop Series on The Native vs. Invasive Plant Conundrum

January 24 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Join us Saturday, January 24th at 10:00am at the Sharon Town Hall for the first workshop of a FREE three-part series hosted by the Sharon Energy & Environmental Commission, the Sharon Audubon Center, the Sharon Land Trust, and the Salisbury Association Land Trust.

In this introductory session, Michael Nadeau will explore what defines a “hero” and a “villain” in the plant world. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how invasive plants spread, why native plants are so important, and how human land-use decisions influence both, for better or worse.

For more details on all three sessions and to register please visit: https://tinyurl.com/NativevsInvasivePlants or call: (860)-364-5137.
